Please read our policy, terms and conditions, and information tabs carefully prior to booking for all necessary information regarding our treatment including our expectations and requirements and possible health risks.
All bookings require a non-refundable deposit. By booking you are confirming you have read and agreed to the policy, terms and conditions on our website.
We reserve the right to turn away any clients that are not a suitable candidate for this procedure. If for any reason we cannot perform the procedure due to previous tattooing, medical history/conditions, being pregnant/breastfeeding, being under the age of 18, being under the influence of any drugs or alcohol, or any other circumstance in which we deem you unfit for cosmetic tattooing your deposit will be forfeited. Please read through our important information section or get in contact with us for a free consultation to confirm you are a suitable candidate for cosmetic tattooing, to avoid any disappointment or loss of your deposit.
Rescheduling and cancellations
All bookings require a NON REDUNDABLE DEPOSIT. If for any reason you cannot attend your appointment we require a minimum of 48 hours notice to reschedule your appointment to a later date. Failure to do so will forfeit your deposit, this is what we call a “no show” fee. If you give 48 hours notice to cancel, but your appointment date is not rescheduled your deposit will not be refunded, however it will stay in your file to be used on your next booking. All deposits are STRICTLY NON REFUNDABLE.
If your complimentary 4 - 6 week perfecting session is unattended without 48 hours notice standard touch up rates will apply and you will be required to pay another deposit. Complimentary perfecting sessions must be booked within a 4 - 6 week week time frame of your initial appointment. Failure to book or reschedule within this period will mean standard touch up rates of $300 will apply.
Late arrivals
If you are 15 minutes late or more to your appointment, you will be considered a “no show” and forfeit your deposit. We are booked back to back and is unfair to all parties involved including us. Perfection will not be rushed under any circumstance, not for you, nor the client after.
PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND WHEN TRAVELLING AND ALLOW AMPLE TIME. It has not been uncommon for our clients who travel for their appointment to be half an hour or more late in the afternoons, especially Friday’s and exceptions will no longer be made. Please remember how much extra traffic is now on the roads, and that the ETA on your maps is not always reliable.
Due to health and safety reasons and to ensure you get 100% of our focus without any distractions, strictly no children, other guests or pets are permitted in the treatment room.
It is imperative and you are responsible for following the aftercare instructions provided carefully to gain the best healed results possible and reduce risk of infection. If you have any concerns in relation to your aftercare or the healing process please do not hesitate to contact us.
